Indický cesnakový chlebík Garlic Nan
Postup
1 Všetky ingrediencie potrebné na výrobu cesta zmiešame a necháme odstáť asi päť hodín. Vytvarujeme do bochníčkov, pričom jeden by mal mať približne 200 gramov. Vyvaľkáme a na panvici s troškou oleja pečieme do zlatova z oboch strán.Na záver bochník potrieme zmesou oleja a pretlačeného cesnaku. Takto dochutenému chlebíku hovoríme Garlic Nan.
